Local Social Publisher is a locally operated content management and publishing tool designed to help authorized users prepare, review, schedule, and transfer social media content to accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
The service may integrate with third-party platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, through their official APIs.
Authorized Use
Local Social Publisher may only be used with social media accounts that the user owns or is authorized to manage.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all content submitted through Local Social Publisher complies with the applicable rules, policies, terms, and community guidelines of the relevant social media platform.
TikTok Integration
Local Social Publisher uses TikTok's official developer APIs to allow an authorized TikTok user to connect their account and transfer approved content to TikTok.
Where the TikTok Upload workflow is used, content is transferred to TikTok for further review and final publication by the user within TikTok.
Local Social Publisher does not attempt to bypass TikTok's publishing, authorization, or user-consent requirements.
Account Authorization
Users must explicitly authorize supported social media accounts before Local Social Publisher can access permitted platform functionality.
Users may revoke platform authorization through the relevant social media platform where supported.
Content
Users remain responsible for all images, videos, captions, hashtags, and other content they process using Local Social Publisher.
Local Social Publisher does not claim ownership of user content.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change or become unavailable as third-party platforms modify their APIs, policies, or technical requirements.
Third-Party Services
Local Social Publisher relies on third-party services including social media APIs. Use of those services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Prohibited Use
Users must not use Local Social Publisher to access or publish to accounts without authorization, circumvent platform security or publishing restrictions, distribute unlawful or infringing content, misuse third-party APIs, or violate applicable platform policies or laws.
Termination
Access to Local Social Publisher or its platform integrations may be discontinued if required for security, compliance, technical, or platform-policy reasons.
Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated when the functionality of Local Social Publisher or applicable platform requirements change.
