Contact the operator
Haru Studio Build is operated by Hyun Seok Park.
For workflow, security or privacy assistance, email harustudiokr@gmail.com. Include the draft/post identifier and error code when relevant. Never send passwords, client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens or authorization codes.
Hosted dashboard help
In the dashboard, sign out to end the current session. To revoke authorization and remove hosted records and photos, use Disconnect and delete hosted account and type DELETE to confirm. Resolve processing or uncertain transfers first; contact us for help if revocation fails. This does not delete TikTok drafts or published posts. Sandbox test access is enabled and Production approval remains pending. The hosted version currently supports photo drafts only.
Disconnect TikTok
You can revoke access in TikTok's settings for connected apps and services. TikTok may change the menu names between versions. Revoking access stops future authorized API operations; it does not delete posts already published to TikTok or erase local queue history. The local tool also supports confirmed API revocation and local credential removal. If remote revocation cannot be confirmed, it retains credentials so the operator can retry; local-only removal does not claim to revoke platform access.
Request data removal
Contact the email above to request assistance removing local account credentials, queue records and prepared media. State which account and computer are involved. Data stored only on your computer requires action on that computer. The operator first previews the account-specific deletion scope, disconnects the account, and resolves any in-progress or uncertain deliveries. Scoped deletion preserves other-platform deliveries and source artwork and removes recorded temporary media where possible. Backups and exported copies must be checked separately. There is no automatic local retention purge.
Deleting a local record does not delete content held by TikTok or Instagram. Manage drafts and published content in the corresponding platform.
Temporary media
Media staging uses Cloudflare services. Files are publicly retrievable by their temporary URLs for platform retrieval. The application attempts deletion after confirmed retrieval or publication. Expired files are denied by the media service; physical cleanup also depends on the storage lifecycle configuration.
